We at RAMAN ECLIPSE SOLUTIONS LLC are committed to providing you with quality houseplants and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns. Please read the return policy below to ensure you understand the process and conditions.
1. Return conditions
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date you receive the product, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging and complete condition.
If the return is due to product quality issues (such as damage, defects or incorrect shipment, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a full refund or a replacement product.
If you request a return for personal reasons only (e.g. changed your mind or don’t like it), you will be responsible for return shipping costs and the product must meet the following conditions:
Unused.
The packaging is in good condition and contains all original tags, accessories and packaging materials.
2. Return process
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving the item to explain your return request. Please provide the order number, date of purchase and the reason you wish to return the item.
Returns Confirmation: The customer service team will provide you with a return address and detailed returns guidelines upon receipt of your return request.
Preparing your return: Please make sure you follow the instructions to package the product properly with all original tags, packaging and accessories.
Return shipping cost: If you return the product due to quality issue, the shipping cost will be borne by us; if you return the product due to personal reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by you. We suggest you choose courier service with tracking function and keep the return voucher.
3. Refund Processing
Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund. The refund will be made via your original payment method.
Refund Time: Refund processing usually takes 5-10 business days, the exact time may be affected by the processing time of banks or payment platforms.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. the size or style is not suitable), please submit a return request first, and then repurchase the corresponding item according to your requirements. The exchange service does not apply to returns for personal reasons.
5. Circumstances in which returns are not applicable
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Merchandise that has been used or damaged (unless there is a quality problem due to the product itself).
Return requests older than 14 days.
Gift cards, customized products, perishable items and other special items.
