Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive the order and confirm payment.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to check the status of your package.
2. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within the United States only, covering all 50 states.
If you have international delivery needs, please contact our customer service team in advance for more information.
3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the order, the delivery address and the selected delivery method, you can check the exact charges at checkout.
For orders of **$50 and above, we will provide free standard delivery**.
4. Delivery Methods

We work with multiple logistics partners such as UPS, FedEx and USPS to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.
Different delivery options are available, including standard delivery and expedited delivery, so you can choose the delivery method that best suits your needs.
5. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days. The exact delivery time varies depending on the location and delivery method.
Expedited Delivery: If you choose expedited delivery, we will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days to ensure delivery as soon as possible.
Holidays and Special Circumstances: Delivery may be delayed during holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). We will try to notify you in advance of any possible delays.
6. Packaging and Plant Protection

All products are packaged with professional packing materials to ensure that your sheets, duvet covers and blankets are intact during transportation.
We inspect each item strictly to ensure the quality and integrity of the product.

Once your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.
If there is any problem with the delivery, or the package is not delivered on time, please contact our customer service team in time and we will help to deal with it.
8. Damage or Loss

If your item is damaged during shipping or the package is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will offer a return or refund depending on the situation.
9. Force Majeure
